R.I.S services are provided based on the framework outlined below and the “Accommodation Services Agreement” developed in collaboration with our lawyer.

  • Searching for and negotiating accommodation (furnished, fully equipped, and ready for occupancy)
  • Preparing rental agreements
  • Arranging property insurance
  • Sending service notices and guarantees to both tenants and property owners
  • Obtaining move-in inspection reports
  • Managing accommodation occupancy
  • Handling landlord relations
  • Obtaining move-out inspection reports
  • Monitoring and collecting rent receipts and security deposits

For Companies

The standard R.I.S fee is 25% of the actual accommodation rental cost*. It's a simple and transparent pricing model.


* This does not include additional costs that may be incurred beyond the standard fee, such as travel expenses for property visits and lease signings, cleaning services, linen changes, or any damages. These expenses will be charged to the client at cost, with supporting documentation provided.

R.I.S does not manage posted workers directly. We manage only the accommodation, which is then made available on behalf of the client companies. The client companies remain responsible for recruitment and for handling all administrative formalities themselves.
