Support in the Event of a URSSAF or DREETS Inspection

The law firm provides assistance throughout the inspection process conducted by the DREETS or URSSAF authorities.

In the event of a DREETS inspection, the firm intervenes immediately to ensure the continuity of work performed by posted workers, acting as the inspector’s primary point of contact and responding accurately to all requests and requirements.

As soon as a URSSAF inspection notice is received, the law firm assists you throughout the entire amicable procedure (responses to observation letters, referral to the Amicable Appeals Commission).

This assistance includes a preliminary assessment phase aimed at identifying the grounds for any adjustments proposed by URSSAF, while evaluating their legal basis and the formal legality of the inspection process.

This assessment makes it possible to define the most appropriate strategy: either to challenge the proposed adjustments, including through litigation, or to partially or fully accept them in order to negotiate an agreement.

If a challenge is pursued, the law firm will represent you before the courts and courts of appeal.
